Puppies in the air!!!!

I got the most exciting email this weekend. If you recall a little while back I had posted about my friend Quincy and his passing. He was the bestest Basset Hound anywhere who lived a long life and was extremely loved...well, his parents sent us this!!!!
Seems they are thinking about bringing another great pup into their lives. Just like Oscar's mum and dad, I am sure this decision is a hard one and I am glad they have opened their hearts to this idea. But puppies are the cutest ever and I would have so much to teach their new boy (my cousin)!!Where to start..like how to go big boy pee, sneak lots treaties, potty training, cat humping, begging, telling juicy secrets and of course how to run on the treadmill. I could even show him how to drive a car. I might even be able to show him how to train his parents, although I am still working on mine!! I will keep all you doggs posted on what happens!!!

Bernoober Boy!

Very cool news. I hope you get to start your lessons with him soon, before his peeps try to brainwash him at puppy class.

You should really consider opening your own pup training school. You are a sage with much wisdom to impart (not to mention the essential lifeskills component ~ driving, begging for more treats, training your peeps).

Goober love,
Stanley

That is one adorable Bassett Hound...someone at Dogster HQ has one of these, and we adore her (her mom, and the dog!)

Speaking of puppies, here's some really cute ones:

Oh my goodness. That puppy makes my biological clock start ticking and I'm an old man! And neutered to boot. Well, I'm glad they are getting a puppy. Losing a dogable friend is hard.

Teach him well, sensei!

Hi Bernard
A puppy dying is very sad but there is always enough love to share with another doggy.
I will teach him the best digging techniques

Hi! We've just found you blog and have truly enjoyed it. That blood hound puppy is just supercute, and we're sure you can teach him plenty of usefull stuff! We've met a bloodhound once, and they have the softest fur we've ever touched. Almost softer than pug-ears!

We hope you're having a great weekend! Hope you'll come visit us at http://wrigglebutts.blogspot.com - we love new friends!
